Classes of Membership Available:

FAMILY MEMBER - $25 (Voting)

Family membership to ALS Ontario is available for friends, relatives or other individuals acting in a supporting capacity to someone with ALS. Individuals with ALS do not pay and will automatically be considered a member. Membership is renewable annually.

· ALS ONTARIO NEWSLETTER

Published three times yearly, ALS Community News keeps readers up-to-date on the activities of the Society, such as programs, events, fundraising successes, research updates and much more.  The newsletter also profiles ALS Ontario clients and volunteers.

· ALS ONTARIO ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

You will receive notification and an invitation to the Annual General Meeting and a voice in determining our future direction through your right to vote.

· STRENGTHENING THE VOICE OF ALS

Your membership will strengthen the public voice of ALS Ontario enabling us to advocate for improved care and services for people with ALS.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - $50 (Non-Voting)

Associate membership to ALS Ontario is designed for those representing professional, corporate or other organizational entities. Associate members have the right to attend the Annual General Meeting but are not entitled to vote.
