How to Donate

Thank you for supporting the ALS Society of Ontario. Your donation helps us assist with the loan and purchase of essential medical equipment for people with ALS, provide in-person and telephone support and information to ALS families, offer in-service training to healthcare professionals and provide ALS families with referrals to health and community resources. There are a number of ways you can show your support.

Donate Online

You can use your Visa, MasterCard or American Express to make a convenient donation online now. Through our secure online donation system you can make the following types of donations:

General donation; one-time online donation
Make a general donation to the ALS Society of Ontario with either a one-time payment, or provide ongoing support through a monthly gift.

Want to support a friend or loved one participating in the WALK for ALS or Hike for ALS?
Inform us of which team and/or participant you would like to provide your support to by specifying their name in the 'Comments' field of the online donation form. If your team has created a fundraising website you can donate directly through their website by clicking the following link: WALK for ALS Team Websites and Hike for ALS Team Websites.

Donate in memory of a loved one
Make a donation to the ALS Society of Ontario that is IN MEMORY of a friend or loved one. You will have the option of directing us to send a card with your specific instructions.

Donate in honour of someone special; recognize a birthday, wedding and any other celebration
Make a donation to the ALS Society of Ontario that is IN HONOUR of a friend or loved one. You will have the option of directing us to send a card with your specific instructions.

You can make a donation to the ALS Society of Ontario in celebration of a special occasion such as a birthday, wedding or anniversary. You will have the option of directing us to send a card to the guests of your special occasion with your specific message.  

Tax receipts are automatically issued electronically for donations received online.

Donate by Phone
