Master of Ceremonies

Jack Armstrong, sportcaster and Raptors announcer, is returning for a second year of hosting the Tee Off 4 ALS. Currently in his 12th year in the broadcast industry, Jack "The Coach" Armstrong joined TSN for the start of the 2008 NBA season as a game analyst for Raptors Basketball broadcasts. His blog can be found at www.tsn.ca

"I'm very sensitive to the cause of ALS and the impact it has had on so many families. It directly impacted me when I was the Head Basketball Coach at Niagara University and our Head Athletic Trainer, Ray Kist, was diagnosed with the disease and eventually succumbed to it. He was a remarkable man - one of the most special people I have ever met and he had a huge impact on my lif and career. I saw the challenges that Ray faced dealing with the disease and if we can make it a little more comfortable for those dealing with the disease and their families then count me in."
